In the SLC role you'll be expected to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Primary duties include: SALES Plans and directs sales activities (calls, tours, prospecting, etc.) Actively engages in gaining new prospects, following-up, and closing on sales. Manages social media campaigns. Meets or exceeds sales targets. CUSTOMER SERVICE Ensures 100% customer satisfaction by going the extra mile to answer questions. Anticipates the customers' needs and works with a mindset of "WOW-ing" others. TEAM PLAYER Steps in where needed; cleaning the club house, assisting management, attending events, etc. Career advancement is available for strong performers.
