POSITION OVERVIEW
The Plant Engineering Supervisor reports to the Facility Manager and has primary responsibility for providing technical leadership and engineering support to the assigned facility.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Oversee training of process and plant personnel for new equipment.
Manage plant infrastructure to minimize repairs and downtime.
Fully support facility safety program and actively contribute to continuous improvement of facility safety performance.
Manage plant systems to maximize employee safety and minimize environmental risk.
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering)
5+ years experience in a manufacturing/engineering capacity
3- 5 years of direct management experience
