We are seeking a motivated and results oriented outside sales professional to sell our life saving mission of building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke.  Primary focus will be to solicit corporate sponsorships and individual donations for the annual Heart Walk and Heart Ball.  Will be responsible for the overall planning and implementation of these and other related events. Responsibilities include: * Directly solicits corporate sponsorship dollars * Engages and cultivates corporate leaders toward establishing recruitment and monetary goals * Secures Heart Ball auction items  * Identifies corporations, conducts research, and implements cultivation strategies * Cultivates corporate Walk teams * Builds relationships with key corporate & community leaders through frequent face-to-face meetings THIS IS A WORK OUT OF YOUR HOME POSITION!   Required Experience * BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.                                                                           * 2+ years experience in successful fundraising or outside business to business sales * Experience in business development with documented success * Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) * Familiarity with the Alachua County business market is a plus We offer excellent benefits including: medical/dental/vision coverage.
